Why would you need a posting award when your # of posts is featured in all of them?

maybe we could come up with creative names for these rankings.

I just now realized that Isa is getting very close to catching up to me in posts. And by very close I mean he's only about 300 away, which is pretty close if you consider he and I are at 5000.

Also, so many people have 100+ posts that it would have little meaning. But I wouldn't be totally against the idea, as long as Livio makes it easier to give people awards. I don't want to have to make a new "poster" award for every third person

For a second, I was kind of personally embarrased because it took me a second to get the double meaning of post meaning a forum post, and post meaning the post the cat was sitting on. But then I remembered that it literally took Livio a day to get CSD's counting joke, so I no longer feel as bad.

Anyways, the award isn't that practical since we haven't ever had a post with 15 karma. If someone gets 15 karma from one post, perhaps they deserve an award, but if they do I think it should be something more impressive than a picture of a cat with a funny caption, because a post with 15 or more karma is bound to be more deserving.

Instead of there being an award for getting a certain number of posts, there should be an award for getting a certain number of karma.

Maybe 50, 100 and 500 to start with?

Haily is never on Gmail; thomas and i almsot always are.

I have the google talk software so when my computer is on I will always appear online and it also notifies me when somebody goes on gmail and it notifies me of new emails.

I have a suggestion for an award (not sure if this has been done before, too lazy to check).
