A while ago, Livio made it possible for the staff to hand out custom awards. This means a lot of things, including that the old game of "Find Interbot" can resume. Also "Badges" is another name for "Custom Awards". The following custom awards have been added:

I Found Interbot
The game is simple. The staff members have hidden the phrase "Interbot was is here", in the title of one of the pages around the site. Find the location, post it here, and you'll receive an award! Whenever someone does that, the location will change and the hunt will begin again. Obviously, since Interbot can find Interbot, he is currently the first recipient of the award.
Recipients: Bmwsu, Interbot, Jazz, Krotomo, Quirvy, imtimi, Isa, Yaya, Thomas, soccerboy13542, Rocket Guy2, FlashMarsh, Shos.
Going For The Record
In order to get this award, you have to stay online for at least 24 hours. This was related to the Neezles Account Takeover, when "a_neezles_a" tried to break the online-time record.
Recipients: Bmwsu, a_neezles_a, jellsprout, soccerboy13542, Thomas, Darvince, Jorster, Teo
Your Overlord D52
This award is only available if you are actually Dando52.
Recipient: Bmwsu, Dando52
My Imagination Is Always Thinking... OF IDEAS!
Based off of an old joke, this award is given to those who suggest an idea that the staff ends up implementing. This includes new awards, so for suggesting this particular award, Yaya is a recipient. As well, FlashMarsh is a recipient for suggesting the entire custom awards system.
Recipients: Bmwsu, Yaya, Thomas, Jazz
My Imagination Is Always Thinking... OF IDEAS!
Just like the previous one, except for those who care about energy efficiency and the environment.
Recipients: Bmwsu, FlashMarsh, imtimi, Silver, Yimmerly7
Ruby The Brave
You get this award for contributing some pretty artwork for potential use in Aeon. This is based off of an old joke from the old forums, in which "Ruby the Brave" was suggested to be Aeon's main character.
Recipients: Bmwsu, aych bee, jellsprout, FlashMarsh, krotomo, Kittikyana, Silver, Dekudude, soccerboy13542, DeathBunni X
Full of Win!
You get this award for writing music for potential use in Aeon. This is based off the April Fools Day 2010 build of Aeon, and the "full of win" text is a reference to the screen that comes up when you beat a level in the first few Aeon demos.
Recipients: Bmwsu, canadianstickdeath, Dekudude, the_grimace, rosabellis, FlashMarsh, Harumbai, Cedric_09_
Close Encounter
To get this award, you have to be seen online at the same time as Haily. Yeah right.
Recipients: Bmwsu, Haily, jazz, kk66464522, canadianstickdeath, Dando, imtimi, Livio, Dekudude, krotomo, GF4, Thomas, DBX, jellsprout, Isa, Cedric_09_, Yaya, Quirvy, Yimmy7, Teo, Jorster, Bang_jan, Buboy24, Silver, Shos
Beware: Super Stalker
This award was made specifically for a_neezles_a.
Recipients: Bmwsu, a_neezles_a
Neopets' Cave of the Week Award
This is awarded to those who win Neopets' Cave of the Week
Recipients: Bmwsu, canadianstickdeath, cheopspyramid, soccerboy13542, krotomo, Dekudude, Quirvy, Isa, Silver, dabigkid, GF4, jorster23, Harumbai, Teo

As previously, feel free to suggest your own ideas for an award, and if yours is accepted, you'll find a shiny one on your look-up. If you can provide an image that's about the same size as our current awards, please submit that as well, for increased chances that the staff will accept your award.

Suggestion: Key Contributer

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Have at least 2500 posts
2. Have at least 100 karma
3. Have at least 50 levels
4. Been part of a major Interguild event (For example the IO)
5. Earned a podium finish in at least 5 Interguild comps.

If you have done all this, I think you need reconition as a key contributer to the site.

REJECT.

Two major flaws in this is: 1. Have at least 2,500 posts, because someone could just spam 2,500 posts in an invisible board, and 3. Have at least 50 levels, because someone could post 50 spam level from HatPC.

Yes, but they could always use an IP changer and make a spare account to spam karma to them and other random people.

Obviously Kooler is right, because we're chock-full of people joining the Interguild who become hellbent on getting a single 200something X 200something pixel image on their bare user lookup and extremely distrustful/crestfallen veteran members who will take up the hobbies of a novice cyber terrorist/4chan-er to increase their glory and bring down the system of the Earth's absolute focal point, the Interguild, without having any staff intervention whatsoever.

Sounds ******* legit.

Then the rates will be deleted. Anyways, you need verification first before you get the award. It isn't automatic.

Exactly. Even if someone spammed, they wouldn't be given the award. Also it is quite a lot for someone to spam.  There are other things to avoid spammers as well. For a start will a spammer with spam levels place in a podium finish in 5 comps? Also, to have been part of the IO or another large event, they have to have contributed, not just signed up and done nothing.

kooler, staff can monitor practically everything in the site; even your levels. so if one takes the time to make 50 different decent hatpc levels, and has enough time and quality to really gain that much karma(we can also delete and modify karma, so spam won't help), it's good enough. however, I'm neutral about the award idea.

I dont really like yuggy's suggestion that much regardless, but kooler's arguments against it was terrible if I'm honest.

There are many major flaws in your major flaws:
1. They can't post in an invisible board unless they're staff, otherwise that invisible board will more than likely be visible to staff
2. You don't think we'd notice some new member with 2500 posts, requesting an award?
3. You don't think we'd notice 50 spam levels?
4. You don't think we'd notice some new member with 100 karma?
5. You think someone would go through all that trouble for an award?

Put it this way. We currently have a grand total of 9 users with over 2500 posts, and this site has been up for 3 years pretty soon. That's not a lot. The closest one, Soccerboy, is still 655 posts away at the time of writing.

Then we cut the ones without 100 Karma, and only 7 remain. All of those are staff members except for Yaya.

And yeah, Kooler's argument wasn't very good at all.

What happened to the number 2? Heh.

How about an award for someone who suggests at least 1 idea, at least 1 sprite/artwork and at least one music track all for Aeon?

No, 2i is imaginary. Geez...

On a segway from Kooler's mathematical fallacy, it'd be funny if someone was joining the Interguild for some reason actually, and instead of having to solve "6 x 9" they had to create a polynomial function or complete a whacked-up matrix.

How do you simplify 2i<6u?

(That was random, and stolen from a comic strip)

So, 2+4 is 4 and 2+2 is 0?

I was thinking about an award called 'Not yet Addicted'. If you don't play Minecraft, you get the award.

Hey just a reminder b/c I'm too lazy to do it, but somebody needs to give SB the award and get him to rehide Interbot.
