That might be true, but it'd be weird if he could absorb the mafia's nk ability too. The whole role is weird and I agree that it could be town or scum. I'm keeping my vote on because his posting style seems scummy to me, and now his role won't help the town. Also, I'd like to avoid any more claims and reduce the amount of meaningful info the mafia has. Unless someone has an incredibly strong case for someone else, I think Jorster is the smartest vote.

That's a very strange role. How do you take a night action? Do you choose someone to steal the night action from?\

he used the word 'absorb'. this is usually used when stuff like, I shoot you with water but your water defense is so high that I absorb it. sooo you probably have to target him for him to get any ability at all.

Besides the nature of his role, I'm also still uneasy when he was asking about RCing, he asked if he needed to say his alignment.

He said that it stops them from using it...

So what I see is that when someone targets him, he roleblocks them until D3?
Then he gets to use it?

It's now a waste to the town, but if he's mafia, he's essentially not night killable for these two days?
That seems awfully fishy...
Maybe just a ploy to get no one to NK him.

Well his role could help if he steals the mafia's kill and stops it from going through until D3 but the chances of that are not very good.

Anyway, yeah, I'm gonna believe this claim for now.

Jazz is pretty bad. He doesn't contribute until the Jorster wagon gets close to a lynch then has an intent to hammer. I'd also go after Shavey Dave as well for being afraid to hammer. Town aren't afraid of hammering people.

@Thomas I wasn't really sure what hammering was. My vote stays on soccer for now. I'm pretty unsure who to vote but soccer stills seems most scummy IMO.

Not sure whether to keep voting Jorster or change to soccer. Both have done very scummy things IMO. Jazz also could be a good lynch, it's not exactly like he's helping the town even if he is town. I'm just not sure about Jorsters claim, it fits in some ways but also doesn't seem to in others, although I agree with soccer that it could easily be an idependant role.

@indie -- I was just thinking this when I saw the post.
The hard part about changing my vote is that there are too many people RC'd already. I don't think it's a good idea to try to find a different lynch target. In the end, we have to lynch someone, and anyone with some brains can fake an ok-ish role. IMO, if Jorster's role is real, then the mafia won't target him, so that's what makes him not helpful (@thomas). I don't think the accusations against soccer or jazz are strong than the case against Jorster.

yeah, that pretty much fits. you have one roleclaim, and one piece of info about what one other guy can't do in day 1. you have no idea about anything else. and you find him scummy, but that's your addition.
