I am in the mood for another Pokemon challenge. This time I'm going to go through the game with 6 Pokemon chosen by you.

The first person to post here gets to choose what game I'm going to play. It can be any game from generation I or II (R/B/Y or G/S/C).
The next six people to post here get to choose one Pokemon family line each. These can be anything, as long as they are available in that game (so no Bellsprout in Pokemon Red) and no Pokemon that are gotten after the E4 in either game (so no Mewtwo in R/B/Y or Houndour in G/S/C).

Is Tauros in Gen 1 allowed despite the tedious process to catch him? =p

Are glitch Pokémon allowed, and will you use glitches to get certain Pokémon faster ("Mew Glitch")?

I will avoid all glitches. So no cloning, Missingno or Mew Glitch. I will allow all Safari Zone Pokemon, but if I get too sick of trying to catch them I will abuse the glitch to get them to appear on the Cinnabar Island coast and catch them there.

I was actually thinking earlier about doing a competitive battling tournament here. It would have to be using wifi over Gen V, unless you all wanna buy plane tickets to meet up somewhere.

It would limit our teams to only pokemon used in gen i and ii, but you could use all the new moves in gen v.
Rather than just doing in game challenges, we could see who could get the best strategy here.

You could just download Pokémon Online and play against each other in any generation, or play on Pokémon Showdown without having to download anything (but it only supports Gen V).

Soccerboy: You do not need any of the actual games. Just download the .exe. I think it's quite easy to grasp how to build a team (as long as you know the name of the tiers - most are just called (one of RBY/GSC/ADV/DPPt/BW2) + (one of OU/UU/NU/LC).
