Please get in the habit of emailing me when the server is down, so that you won't have to wait three days for it to get back up again. My email is easy to remember: livio@interguild.org

A couple things about your spawn entries:
Try to not make unnecessary things around or in spawn.  It would probably be best to keep it as simple as possible.
I might alter the rules in small ways after a winner is chosen.  By this I mean the grouping and the importance and wording of them.
I highly recommend that you be creative and use interesting colors and patterns, and not use something that is or was commonly used.
Open, fresh-aired, and highish up spawns are liked.

I don't want to try and make it seem like I am making it to my own ideas, but I really want this to be better than the old spawn; more organized, simpler, catchy, and cool.  I really think that for spawn, the simpler the better.

Is that when you log into your minecraft account? Because if it is, then it's not our fault.

Looks like jazz, krotomo, and guyguy do not like the monsters spawning. I kinda liked them since they make the game more exciting. I just asked Haily and he too would like to keep them.

Oh well, I'll go turn off monsters.

I wouldn't mind if more people had time control, then we could skip the night if needed.

Yeah, I know you (Jazz) know this, but Bmwsu said that he needs a plugin for the hoe.

I didn't know. I conveniently got an 'Connection Timeout' when I think he said the reason.

When jazz is on the server, he usually reconnects every once in a while. He says it's because his computer lags.

Hey, I was just deleting an underground area for a large redstone testing area, but I made too large an area so when I tried to delete the blocks using worldedit it deleted way too many blocks at once, and now I cant get on. I wasn't thinking and didn't realize how large the area I was deleting was, sorry about this.

I guess it's strike 1 for this server?

I really wish we had the control panel open for everyone here.

But, I don't agree with two servers. It would be difficult to make them connected and update at the same time. Also, if the crash is someone's fault, they should reap their reward. Along with their fellow members. Should add incentive to not crash the server...

How about this: if you crash the server 3 times, you will be banned for a few days, is that good?

Only a few days, huh. How does the whatever system work in Canada/Britain/Australia/New Zealand/Wherever California is?

THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

^ its not a geometry geography fail

The point is, people should really understand the consequences (me included)...

Just don't make a new server. It's a waste of time.

How about we stop using WE for awhile for caves?

Yeah, maybe a week then.

I restarted the server and it works again.

And this is why we didn't give world edit powers to just anyone on the old server.

Thanks Livio, you're a life saver! I don't know what the IG would do without you! I will get on MC tomorrow. P.S. I'm typing this from my DSi, so now I know that this website doesn't use any plugins, yay!

Every that time Jazz talks about hoes not working I believe more and more that he is a pimp.

By the way, I think Livio's tower spawn is the best spawn we got right now. Simple and effective, and nothing built around it.

General Cartesian coordinates have the z unit vector pointing from bottom to top. The x unit vector points from left to right and the y vector points from back to front. The problem with switching the y and z unit vectors means that this basis is no longer right-handed, forcing you to switch the definition of the vector product. In physics, if you are considering a 2D system with an upward direction you still generally use z to describe this vector instead of y.

Well it wasn't switched at all it's just a rotation of the x axis so it's no problem with vector products at all. As I already said, it's commonly used at universities in both higher mathematics and mechanics.

Remembering back, you might be right about the mathematics. I remember at least one Calculus professor putting the y-axis as the vertical axis. But I have never it used that way in mechanics or any other physics related subject. In all physics you generally put the z-axis anti-parallel to the gravity vector.
It has been a long time since I used Cartesian coordinates in any math subject. We usually just use x1, x2, x3, etc. or random variables. The shape of the functions aren't that important anymore.
