Tips for round winners:

If you don't have a great idea when you learn that it is your turn, don't just make a round that you don't even think is good. Try to think to come up with a good idea for a round, and then if you can't, then make a round that you don't even think is good.

Also you're encouraged to start the round in this format: "You have one post to [what you have one post to do goes here]"

Additionally don't end the round early. Rounds should be at least close to a day long. If you started the round at night, you can't end it tomorrow morning. If you started it in the morning, you shouldn't end it before you go to bed.

Interrounds:
The people running rounds are ideally supposed to judge approximately 24 hours after they start the round, but from now on if they haven't judged after 30 hours (6 hours late) then anyone is allowed to start a round between rounds, like the guess when Livio will start the next round, guess how many dogs shos has, ect.

You're also allowed to do this if the round has been judged within 30 hours, but the next guy hasn't started their round within 12 hours of the other round being judged.

The catch is of course that the round could end at any time, because these rounds last until the current round is judged and the next round begins.
You may judge rounds however you'd like, but at the end of the round there can only be one winner.

These rounds will be marked as ".5"s in the previous rounds and winners

This round is being cut short. I'll just try to judge them now based on memory.

Cedric, 2/10. Lackluster performance.
Darvince, I said you had one post to be annoying. While you did a good job on page 63, it has also come to surface that you also did a good job on page 62. Disqualified
Silver, I think you think that I think that neezles is more annoying than I actually think she is. 3/10
Thomas, overall pretty good performance, but you could have also mentioned something about Canada, or how one member is more respected than another, and that would have been an additional boost to your score. 5/10
Harumbai, that was actually pretty good 7/10
Snipereborn, that might have been pretty good, except that it paled in comparison to Harumbai's post because of Darvinces page-stretching post. 5/10
Jellsprout, I've seen worse. 6/10
Shos, deleting everyone's post with the intention of then quoting them all in your post was a nice try, and certainly has hindered my judging abilities, but you posted your attempted entry in the random chat topic? huh? shosConfusionCount++/10
Isa, that was very sound advice. -7/10
Yaya, you're kinda late to the party. We've already had posts that were really long and made the page really tall. And as a wise man once said to me, "You snooze, you lose. You get ninja'd, you ninloseja'd. 0/10"

Winner is Harumbai

I'll say your reasoning is fair enough, but I got this idea instantly when I saw the round, and I had no idea what the other entries were until I saw shos in the RC topic (how douche can he be?!?!?!), so I felt slightly cheated.

Looking both ways with paranoia and greed, the donut was eaten by Isa. (I'm great at unintentionally making poorly grammatical sentences, but suck when I have to intentionally, lol).

I figured that if everybody came to the thread and saw that all the posts were deleted except for mine which includes all the posts quoted in a spoiler, it'll annoy them, because of a real bad use of mod powaz. however, it turned out that darvince's post on page 62 crashed the thread. EVEN with that, livio's handling of the system is bad - the spoilers didn't work, and the post can't even be long enough to quote all the entries(without darvince). it just gets cut in the middle. Darvince post made the topic unpostable, and I couldn't even see it until jell linked me directly to the edit post of that post; nobody would have been able to post if jell didn't use his super powers to locate the post id and get directly to the edit post by modifying the address...

so generally I think my plan was good
how did we get to page 63 anyway, after darvince's post? the thread was unpostable

'jellsprout' said:
Because that post won't load properly, not even I can edit or remove it easily and the message box doesn't ever load.

Scratch that last part. Through brute force and the anti-ninja feature I have figured out the post-id of Darvince's post, so I can edit or remove it.

This is what I call a lack of foresight. Had you considered that there might be a limit to the number of characters in a post, you might have realized that the spoilers didn't work because the [/spoiler] in your post got cut off. So, yeah, the spoilers didn't work, but that wasn't Livio's fault. I wouldn't not be expecting there to be a character limit. I mean, obviously not one that affects our normal posting, but I wasn't surprised when I edited snipereborn's post to find that he reached the max limit of characters in his post. Again, not Livios fault.

I'm not sure what happened in darvince's post that made the page time out, but it wasn't Livio's fault that you deleted all of the posts before realizing that you couldn't fully load page 62.

Also, interestingly enough, as Livio spoke of how you might be on the old server in the chatbox. Last night when I surprise went onto the old server, Darvince's post fully loaded and I was able to shorten it on the old server.

Either this doesn't have a dangling modifier or I don't understand the sentence, but either way I didn't find it amusing. 2/10

Haha, I like this one very much. 9/10

Again I don't really understand this one, but there is a dangling modifier in here I think. 4/10

This one is clever and I think too clever for me, but it wasn't amusing to me. 7/10
