If you don't have a great idea when you learn that it is your turn, don't just make a round that you don't even think is good. Try to think to come up with a good idea for a round, and then if you can't, then make a round that you don't even think is good.
Also you're encouraged to start the round in this format: "You have one post to [what you have one post to do goes here]"
Additionally don't end the round early. Rounds should be at least close to a day long. If you started the round at night, you can't end it tomorrow morning. If you started it in the morning, you shouldn't end it before you go to bed.
Interrounds:
The people running rounds are ideally supposed to judge approximately 24 hours after they start the round, but from now on if they haven't judged after 30 hours (6 hours late) then anyone is allowed to start a round between rounds, like the guess when Livio will start the next round, guess how many dogs shos has, ect.
You're also allowed to do this if the round has been judged within 30 hours, but the next guy hasn't started their round within 12 hours of the other round being judged.
The catch is of course that the round could end at any time, because these rounds last until the current round is judged and the next round begins.
You may judge rounds however you'd like, but at the end of the round there can only be one winner.
These rounds will be marked as ".5"s in the previous rounds and winners
An idea for a pseudo-legendary family I've had since gen 3.
Cugon -> Fegon -> Augon
Cugon - Dragon/Steel
Abilities:
Rusty body - If this Pokemon gets hit by a Water type attack, lower his Speed by one stage.
A small quadrupedal dragon made of a reddish metal. The name comes from Cu, the acronym for copper, and dragon.
Fegon - Dragon/Steel
Abilities:
Clear body
Like a more mature Cugon, except made out of a grayish metal. No comes from Fe (iron) and dragon.
Augon - Dragon/Steel
Abilities:
Clear body
A fully grown, ancient looking quadrupedal dragon made out of a yellowish metal. Name comes from Au (gold) and dragon.
They have very high Attack and Defense, high HP and Special Defense, lowish Special Attack and low Speed.
Pyroserow, a Fire type resembling a goat, he is limber and jumps quickly from mountain top to mountain top. Lives on volcanic slopes, feeding on barbequed remains of pokemon foolish enough to climb the volcano. He has a high attack, speed, and special attack, but only moderate defense, and special defense. His ability is flame body.
He evolves into volcaserow, a much more filled out goat about the size of a small bathroom, but most of his size is fur. He has much lower speed than before, and his attack is lowered, but his defense, special defense, and special attack is much higher. His ability is a new one called coat drop, and what it does, is when his health is 2/3 of the way lost, he sheds his heavy coat of fur, and his speed is raised, but his defense is lowered

Looks like a Bush
Evolves by using a leaf stone on a Sendon
Flowdon- Grass/Fire
Ability - Flame body
High special attack low defence mediocre attack/special defence/HP/speed
Looks like a flower with the petals on fire
Evolves by using a Sun stone on a Seedon
Carrdon - Grass/Ground
Ability - Hidden - Foe has a higher chance of missing
Low Attack/defence Mediocre HP/Speed High Special defence/ Special attack
Looks like the top of a carrot
Evolves by using a Moon stone an Seedon

7/10 feeding on barbequed remains? But pokemon don't die...! anyways, this would be interesting. would coat drop also raise attack? after the fur falls off it's essentially the pre-evo, slightly stronger. this would be cool. there aren't that many defensive fire types.

Sendon seems good. How high would the def/sp def be? If this was the next shuckle... that would be great, yet terrible. eviolite turns this into the most annoying subseeder ever. Althought the ability.... would it go up like 1 stage every two turns or so? the def usually goes up by stages rather than just increasing...
Bushdon, what defines "inactive" for the ability?
Flowdon, grass/fire typing would be cool. this would be cooler if it has abilities fit to both grass and fire though, rather than just to fire. maybe like Chlorophyll? Solar Power? something like that
Carrdon - if the ability is anything like sand veil, i'm just gonna have to say no. that just screws everything over.

You have one post to offer to hold the next competition and say what the theme should be
Only enter this round if you actually want to hold the next competition. You will have to come up with the theme, the news post and are responsible for the judging. I will help with the moderator stuff, such as the posting the actual news items and giving the judges the necessary privileges, but basically the competition will be your responsibility.
A quick, but I hope an interesting idea of an Original Ideas competition. I guess it'd rather be a HATPC comp, but nothing would be wrong with all-game one too. I may hold the competition as I have enough time for the interguild and if I have to be only more active than Livio then no problem. ;D The destination of the comp definitely hits the vertex, because it'd be enough challenging and fun to create a cave with new and original traps/structure/design now in 2013. That's actually all from me now.
Edit: but I'd be able to let someone else judge and enter with a cave just like a provisional user?
Lol competely forgot about HatIC, could have thinked longer... But seeing how much HatIC level are coming out and how many people comments them... Still definitely a good idea IMO.
A cool idea, would be (like soccers idea) an ice caves comp. the twist would be that the cave has to be focused around using armin to complete most of the basis of the traps and level in general, making a clear and easy path for hannah after you complete the cave. (someone else would have to judge though, as i am not very good at hatIC) I think it would be a cool spin on a comp. as there hasn't really been anything like it

As long as you make sure it gets judged, you can let others do that.
As for the idea itself, originality is hard to force and hard to judge. If you give people a time limit to come up with something original, I don't think it will work out too well. 5/10

Armin is reall annoying to play with, though. He can't jump very high, he can't swim. He's basically just a gimped Hannah. The only advantages that he has, being able to crawl through snow and being able to kill enemies both become useless when you are forced to play as him. You might just as well replace the snow with crawl spaces and leave out the enemies entirely. 4/10
