I'd eliminate nuclear weapons. The reasoning behind this should be fairly straight forward, but just in case, I like not having to worry about getting nuked by some random terrorist from Iran, and then I also wouldn't have to worry about the moral problem of having nukes and not wanting others to have them. It just makes life easier that way-- for everyone.
